A friend of my told me to change the script of my website to php instead of HTML. What is your opinion on this. And what can I do with php script what I can't do with my good old HTML?
At the moment, I'm bussy building my site, but want to end with a good looking design with nice galleries of my pictures and a little members section, can I achieve all that with HTML, or do I need to go to PHP?

the most basic way of changing a html page to php just renaming the file extension. lol
i have a local server set up on my machine to test all of my scripts before i put them live...
You will totally want to switch to *.php web pages. Life is so much easier that way...
