i am register today .i have several question.
1- this hosting is for always ?
2- i want install a mailing service in this host and give an email to others this service powered by php .
this service need a host taht it sopport smtp or pop3 .with this conditoin can i install this service or not ???????

Sorry there is no way for you to do this on our host. We don't allow any form of smtp or pop3, the only thing we allow is the mail() function to send emails only. And that feature costs $10
