I can not access the phpmyadmin, I can not even follow tutorial.

I installed the wordpress and phpbb without problem but not the same access phpmyadmin

the length of username is 16

Just tested phpmyadmin with the login details in your forum's configuration and it logged in fine.

Try http://www.uuuq.com/phpmyadmin-new

Excuse my ignorance.

I tried with:

phpbb3bbcodes_ro (16 length)
phpbb3bbcodes_uuuq_com_phpbb3bbcodes_ro
and password that I create for mysql (<16 length)

Unfortunately not connect.

I am stupid.

Was to use username and not database....

You should use the username of the database.

maximum length = 16
