when i try to login to my web hosting account,
it says i logged in successfully and will be redirected but i get redirected to a page that says i need to login ...

Firewalls and virus checkers have been known to cause this issue, try another computer, or find a way to add an exception.

not true, I don't use firewalls or virus software, never have never will...it just plan won't let you login unless you use IE, Firefox won't let u in....
