I was wondering if you could suggest on what type of website I should make. Just not sure at the moment.
Also, it would be appreciated if you could suggest some webdesigning programs....I've been looking at a couple.

Well I'm working on a flash site right now called Sizmos Flash Center. Its basically going to be a site where many flash animations will be posted. Flash files will be gathered from many different websites and posted on the site. One place to watch all the flash animations needed. If you want to join me and my company, let me know. It will be similar to my current site http://hiphopclique.com The members suggested they wanted more flash animations, so I wanted to make it a separate site and make it dedicated only to flash!!!

Are you licensed for posting those games/movies on your site? When users submit their content to Newgrounds and it makes the front-page, they usually get money. Do you pay them money?

Well those games are user submitted, on our site we state we are not responsible for any content. We are user run site. If the creators/authors have any issues (which happened before) we simply remove their content no questions asked (except for proof).
