can't get to ftp nor web access

eventually able to login and change my email address but why two places - I can't change my email address under http://www.uuuq.com/login.jsp?id=pvlhYnh3kZY13Xw9PWTR - so now I have two different email addresses entered. I need to change the last one to match.
