Is there a program I can upload to my site, that has an Admin Panel, were I can edit my pages? I need one that has this:
- A function allowing you to manage multiple pages at once, because I have a new site and it is still in development, so I add pages every 10 minutes, and I don't want to go over EVERY page every time to change the links in the main menu, and if I make a minor change to my template, I don't want to have to edit every page again.

Some tips?

Why not just use a desktop based IDE to manage your site? Something like Netbeans, Eclipse or Frontpage?

move to php, this way you can dynamically update the content of your site.
