i don't know how to log onto the irc and if i'm correct i'm in a different time zone anyway. when i logged into it the zymic room had a (dead) after it, i dunno.

The dead meant that you had a problem with your connection. Most of the main admins are on GMT +1 or GMT +5 - so aim for daytime in either of those.

We cannot delete your hosting accounts without you going onto IRC - as we need to verify your identity.

yes its very lame to have to log into a IRC account, didn't the programmers finish that course? I was looking to get a hosting account but this is a very lame proceedure, Ill just keep it as a freebie.

Our system handles deleting sites fine we just have found that it is the best way to be sure that the person who's account we are deleting is truly them.
