They seem to be Vietnamese signature link spammers, but what do I know.

Anyhow, the layout looks good from what I can see. A full size image would be better since it is a bit hard to tell with the scaled one.

From what I can see it looks good just not a fan of your shade of blue.

I think you could do away with the graphics under featured news... it would direct the attention more on the news itself.

Am not sure about that blue. Try something that's duller, it would complement the dull colors you have and make the section easier to read.

It is very nice, i like the colours which you have used

really a nice create.... I like it...

There's a few things I can see that you could change. The Featured News background is rounded as to where everything else is not. The shade of blue could be different, because most generic layouts are made with that shade.

Besides those couple things, it looks great.
