I would just forget Php Nuke 7.6 (There are many exploits which a malicious user can inject a script into Php nuke and take control of your forum) and go onto 8.0 (As it's safer and that exploit was removed).

Php Nuke does work as tested here on Emoruffino's test site (Scroll down to Php Nuke).
