I can log in successfully to PhpMyAdmin, but I can usually only get to the first page.
Even then it takes a few minutes to load. It's like the server is bogged down.
At the bottom of the first page, in a red box, this message appears:
"Connection for controluser as defined in your config.inc.php failed."

The errors are fixed at http://www.uuuq.com/phpmyadmin-new however it's not all that quicker.

Also in http://www.uuuq.com/phpmyadmin-new I can only get to the first page.
