Hello,

I am trying to setup some help desk system on this server.
During the installation I got following errors,

The mbstring module is not configured to load with PHP.

The mcrypt module is not configured to load with PHP.

How can i make them turn on. how can i load those extensions.
Do I need help from the server administrator?
any of the administrator from ZYMIC please help me..
