this is getting pretty aggravating

1-no www
2-cant connect to the mysql database
3-phpmyadmin is so slow it takes 20 min to load

are there mysteries to this hosting co. or what could someone please explain!!!!!!!!!!!

how r u supposed to manage a website without any of this

im having problems with FTP aswell. i save a file and when to go preview it, it hasnt even added the information ive saved, even though its all down but isnt showing up on the website ... weird.. and plus www. doesnt work, which really doesnt bother me that much.

The server uptime isn't that good either.

Also, phpmyadmin takes about 15 seconds to load for me - and I have a lot more to load than you do. And mysql does work - you're probably just not using the right credentials. Come onto the IRC and we'll sort you out.

I will admit that www. does not work by default. But again, come on to the irc, we can fix that.
