Hope this hint will be useful:
Just created a new web hosting account and had the same issues while trying to login via the "login" button of the control panel. But I have no problem logging in via ftp. So maybe it's only a problem of the control panel?
Dave

Yes thank you, but can we have your site domain please (yoursite.uuuq.com).
BrumeDense
Yes, of course: timewarp.uuuq.com

I'm a little perplexed to how you can access ftp, yet not the login, can you please pm me your login url and your current password?

If you'd rather not pm your password, I can reset it, just tell me that's what you want me to do.
BrumeDense
I just made a password reset for the web host account and now the login works.
I am really sorry as this was probably my fault. I may have mixed up the password with that of the login of the main user account for the control panel. But I still don't understand why it was possible to use this login for the ftp program. Anyway, now it works.
Thank you very much for your help!

oh ok, he said the passwords weren't working right so he said he could put a temporary password on the uuuq domain thats not working.
Dave

The password reset form is working fine.

Make sure you enter the email address you registered with and your uuuq domain (THISBIT.uuuq.com) into the two boxes on this page:

http://www.uuuq.com/password.jsp

it doesn't work. I tried my uuuq domain name and the entire url with the right email I used. I made this one a day after the registration started working, do I have to make another?

Clear your cache and make sure cookies are enabled in your browser. Then go back to zymic.com and sign in again.

Strange. PM me the password you want setting and from then on the password reset should work and you can change it yourself.
Or you can create a new account, yes.

Thanks for the reply, Dave.

As you recall, I mentioned that cookies are enabled. I still followed your suggestion but nothing changed. I can see the cookies, both on Zymic (quite a few) and uuuq (username, id and key), just as I did before clearing the cache and cookies. http://www.uuuq.com/user_index.jsp (the tuctuc.uuuq.com control panel dashboard) works just fine. Any other uuuq link fails from here.

Tried getting an answer on the hosting chatroom but I guess no one was available at the time. Will try again.

I get a 404 error code on my url index page, secondary pages show up if I type / secondary page in url. Also when I log in; file management will not allow me into my file pages to check on this directory issue : I get an invalid error message, all cookies are enabled. Is this my error, or is this your new servers still adjusting? Thank You. surferspass@aol.com The url for the above issue is http:// uverseame.uuq.com
