This is probably the best area (ZYMIC) for beginners in php, there is a ton of links and just downright excellent information here. Take the time to skim the topic(s) available. I have no illusion that (along with doing homework in php) your dream will be realized - there are some very talented individuals here (i'm not one of them, yet).
