Background looks pretty good, but the render blending and text could use a little work.

I just have a question... How did you make that background? I have been trying to do an effect like that for a website layout.

I was actually wondering that myself.

Looks like it was made with a stock, some renders, the smudge tool, and some big soft hilights.

It looks pretty good I really like it.
Couple things though is your render blending and text.
I think it could use some work.
