Help! I can't login to phpmyadmin.

My database user is jet, my domain is jets.

I tried typing the username: jets_uuuq_com_jet
but it won't let me access my the database

Am I doing it correctly?

Needs to be jets_jet for username.

it didn't work, I typed jets_jet in the user then I use the database username password instead of the account password

I'm using firefox 3.0+

Yes it should be the database user password - not your account pass.

Did it still say incorrect user/pass or something different?

Did you apply all permissions to the database user?

i have this problem too.
When i want to login, He ask me always my user name and my password.

It still don't work. After i enter my user name, and my password, he ask me it again, if I enter them again, i must enter them again

EDIT : ok I found the problem. On the site, there is that : Only lower-case English alphabet letters, digits and $ allowed with a maximum of 53 characters.
But on the forum i see that it's maximum 16 characters .... So with less than 16 it works.
Maybe you can change it because between 16 and 53 there is a lot of difference.

You just need to make sure the database used is less than 16 characters in total.

E.g. bachnghe_u will work fine.

SQL username which is niitssp_admin it's your username and password which is you used while creating database, not your account password
