I created a web account, nowitnesses.uuuq.com, and used the same password as I did for my zymic account.

I received a registration email, reminding me what my password was.

It wouldn't accept my password, so I just pasted the one from the email.

It still won't let me login.

When I go to reset the password, I'm not sure if it's trying to reset my zymic password or my nowitnesses.uuuq.com password. I would prefer they were both the same.

I figured out what happened.

The system truncated my password by 1 character, but didn't truncate it when I entered the password to the login session.

Maybe if you made both of them the same character lengths people wouldn't run into this issue when they use secure passwords.
