I cannot find any info on the ftp site offered by zymic. can someone please direct me? thanks

Zymic is a hosting site that allows access to their servers via FTP. We do not offer access to any servers other than ours.

So to access this FTP; you need a FTP client (such as Filezilla) and then you need to connect with your account details to enable you to upload and transfer files. If your still having problems, please read the [How to Use FTP Guide].
