You username must be less than 16 characters in total.

E.g. rebelionmod_da would be fine.

I have a big problem with creating mysql database. the default name given by site is "zimbabwenewsweb_" its already 16 characters i cant add anything for the database name and user. Please help . how can i reduce that default given by site to "zimnews_" such that i can add something after the underscore .
please help

Just create a new hosting account with a shorter name and host the database there.
