LFFF.com was recently stolen from me, in an attempt to educate domain owners of the fraudster and to gain SEO exposure I have created this website:

I would recommend contacting GoDaddy, Internic and ICANN. Also contact local authorities.
If you ever catch the scammer, I would also recommend calling lawyers and starting a lawsuit against them.

Also for large money transfers, you should use Escrow instead of PayPal.

I'm am very sorry to hear that your domain has been stolen. If I were you, I would do what sclek said.
