What is your site's domain?

ns1.zxq.net
ns2.zxq.net

ns1.zzl.org
ns2.zzl.org

ns1.99k.org
ns2.99k.org

You get the picture right? I just listed the common ones, but you should be able to know to do.

You must set the name servers to your designated subdomains nameservers (as allstar pointed out)

You could also create an A name and point the IP address.

Make sure you also add the domain into your account settings

Tip to the n00bs:

New domains mostly work ASAP....

None-New Domains take about 24 hours to changed DNS....

Hosting backend isn't setup to recognise domains using this method, shame really as it would offer a lot more flexibility.

not to contradict you bread, but when i set up my test domain (took off to restart the fan site)

it was: server.emorangerz.com

i made a A name in everydns.net and pointed it to the nameservers IP, and it worked.... mellow.gif

You dont know where what? you dont know where to find your dns in this host? or u dont know where something else?
first i think they are just asking you for your actual address maybe they are just doing some redirection.
