so i had my web design home page and was using rapidshare to host files for members like images php and templates (designed by myself ore users who shared their work)
and afther some time seen my stuff over warez sites even stuff what's was given for few people who i know so basicli shared other ware
so i want to put up small torrent tracker for me and my comunity but seems like hosting doesn't alow that but why if it can be used for legal purposes and if script is under GNU/GPL license ?
