Is there a possibility to use a renewed premium domain name though the company's old stagnant website account has currently been using it???..
Different Names/e-mail adds. were tried to access the bbc account in Free-Pro Hosting but to no avail. It was not clear what was the username used by the developer in uploading and managing the website. The only thing that the contractor remembered was the password.

You need to speak to the previous hosting company, where the domain currently points to, rather than us.

We have no control over the server where the domain currently resides, you need to do as Dave has said and contact your domain registrar.
