I go to my control panel and click website statistics, then it loads and comes up with this page.

I really want to know how to fix this because I have no clue how many hits I am getting without it...

Have you tried clearing your cache/cookies?

Unfortunately since calculating the stats increased load on the server they've been disabled for some time, you need to implement something like: http://www.google.com/analytics/ in your webpage.
