Hi,
Is it possible to access my files on zxq server? It is very critical. Is there a way of accessing my folder/files through FTP and/or file manager? Thanks

Thanks v.much for your response. I tried this link. It takes me to my old site login ok. However when I type in the password it does not recognize it. My password is the same that I use for login to my account in zymic. However although it allows me to login to zymic account, it is not allowing me to login to my site account. Is there a way to reset this password?
