Hi,
I am unable to access my files on zxq server. I am able to login to my userid and my account. I am able to see my files on the filemanager. This was after I requested a password reset.
Now although i can see my files and folders, i am unable to download or access them in anyway. Also the URL is not working in internet explorer. FTP also not working. This is critical as I have some important files on it which i must access ASAP. Please help !

What is your URL?

Have you tried using the link for old sites? (found above the web hosts' login)

Yesterday someone at the support reset my password. After that I am able to see my files on the file manager. However the URL no longer accessible by internet browser. Also there is not much I am able to do through the file manager. I am not able to download my files from there. FTP is also not working. The URL is
