I tried to create my db again and log in but no luck. Username is thegeekengineer_admin and db name is thegeekengineer_wp.

Moreover, I can't access PHPMyAdmin.

Your database username and database name are too long. You will need to create a shorter hosting account name then point it to this hosting account.
