For all domains, the database host is: localhost
Please note that on uuuq and vndv domains, your database username must be under 16 characters in total.
I.e.
DOMAIN_DBuser must be under 16 characters in total, as shown below:
This will ensure your database is accessible by any scripts you install and you will be able to log in to PhpMyAdmin using your database username and password.

well if its more then 2MB then just upload it right to your uploads folder but if its more then 15MB then you will need to break it up in to 15 mb files

phpMyAdmin is an open source tool written in PHP intended to handle the administration of MySQL with the use of a Web browser. It can perform various tasks such as creating, modifying or deleting databases, tables, fields or rows; executing SQL statements; or managing users and permissions.

mysql_pconnect() is disable so you need to rename it to mysql_connect() or just take out the p and it will work just fine
