What's your domain?

liter.vndv.com is where i have the wp installed

but what I wanted to do is to connect from laclasedeliteratura.vndv.com to the db hosted on liter.vndv.com
the problem was the 16 character thing so I had to do a new hosting account...
But apart from that, the problem i have is when i log-in wp-admin/index.php... inside the dashboard I see those errors everywhere and if u try to open the url in the browser it stills shows the same initial page... i don't know what more to do. thank you.

Does it connect to the database now?

Replace 'error_log' with '@error_log' within the files on the lines it mentions.

Delete your index.html file.

EDIT: I just got sick of waiting so I deleted your index.html file and found you do not have an index.php (that comes with Wordpress) file.

I am having similar problem too
