Hello I'm trying file uplod to my web space. But I can't upload. "Error: Too many connectinons (2) from this IP" saying.

I have the same problem! And the connection is very instable. And also there's no write access from the website to my database (there's a voting script on my page and yesterday it worked fine, today --- nothing....).
