It's been over a week now, and well both my sites bluw.net and mtzprod.com have been blocked by the stupid warning page saying that there MAY be malware on my sites.

I asked 2 reviews with google asking them to point me to the "malware" no luck... they don't answer just keep saying there is malware on my site... all i saw in bluw.net was Spam messages that i removed... i downloaded the whole mtzprod.com directory and well... there was nothing inside... not even inside my code.

I am pissed... it looks like they don't give a fuck, i asked them to point me to the malware so i can remove it... and nothing...

are they just abusing their powers ? Anyways, do i have any luck with legal actions ? Closing my sites because they are suspecting something ?

Don't have any advice for you, but you are not alone in your grumbling about google. hell, I could not send a zipped up exe file through gmail because of some supposed dumb ass security risk.

You probably have a Javascript exploit on your webpage which is used to exploit weaknesses in browsers...
