Please any one let me know step by step (Not giving link of Phpcake website) how to configure phpcake with wamp?? I will be very grateful to you.. I cant able to configure i.e shown on phpcake manual book.

I'm guessing you mean CakePHP. CakePHP is pretty easy to install, so I'm guessing you're having other problems. Please elaborate about what you're stuck on. Anyways, here are the basics.
1. Install WAMP
2. Make sure the folder containing php.exe is in your system's path variable
3. Unzip CakePHP to WAMP's web folder
4. Rename CakePHP's folder to the name you want to give your project
