I checked and re-checked. Even deleted and created a new user. I just won't let me log in. I type the info in the small login window, but as soon as I click "ok" is asks for the info again. I just cannot launch PHPMyAdmin.

Create another hosting account which is shorter and use that just to host the database. You can connect to there from your 'anarchistdevelopment' account.
