my user name is nimblesbee.vndv.com
i am trying to install phpbb. it asks me for my Database server hostname or DSN: i tried putting in the word local host and some other things. but can't get it to go beyond that. what is the Database server hostname or DSN for vndv servers for the database?

It's the single word localhost - no space.
Have you set up a data base and user?
And what is your db user name?

If you leave that field blank it works just fine.
