I am trying to implement the marquee action in wordpress site. But wordpress does not allow marquee action. Can anyone tell me how to implement marquee actions in wordpress sites?

The marquee tag is a non-standard HTML element which causes text to scroll up, down, left or right automatically. Marquee text is distracting. The human eye is attracted to movement,and marquee text is constantly moving.
