I am getting the error "We are unable to connect to your database. Please Check your settings and try again." after filling out this section of the install

Basically I enter database localhost, datbase name, database username, datbase password and leave the others defaulted.

Has anyone else setup Open Realty (http://www.open-realty.org/) and had similar issues with it? Thanks in advance. I've tried over and over again so I thought I would try posting and I've read the standard how to setup a datbase and make sure it's under 16 characters (my db name is caperental_r and the username is caperental_a). Any advise would be welcomed, thanks!

And I think the only thing I am unsure about since I am kind of new with this is the "Table Prefix:" Open Realty wants to use in MySQL which is set to "default_". I didn't do anything other than create a new database, I'll update this if I get it...thanks for looking
