Ok, so i installed Joomla and followed the guide in the tutorials section. Once I tried to run the installation process by going to (mysite.vndv.com/joomla) I got the message in the Joomla Installer saying:
Installation
PLEASE REMEMBER TO COMPLETELY
REMOVE THE INSTALLATION DIRECTORY.
You will not be able to proceed beyond this point until the installation directory has been removed. This is a security feature of Joomla!.
Click here when the directory has been removed.
The only thing is, I haven't even installed Joomla yet and this message is supposed to come up after I install Joomla (i think?). So I did what it said and deleted the Installation directory from the site and then refreshed the page and got the error message saying something like (Cannot connect to MySQL database) or something like that. So I reuploaded the Installation directory and now I am right back where I started with the same message I got before in the Joomla Installer.
