Edit: My site has finished the move and is asking me to activate. I'm not at my comp now to get the email, but is all of our web data secure? I'd hate to reupload everything.

It's all secure and requires very little work. I believe your db users ect may change, I'm not sure.

The activation is simply to remove a lot of the old users who don't use their sites any more - we think we'll lose 50% of the users on that server.

Edit: Um, I can't seem to get into FTP. I already activated the site, but I can't get into the server.

Ive already activated my clanteam account, but I am not able to open my webpage, not even to acces through my ftp program.
any way to solve this? does it take longer? I havent been able to get in since monday

Due to DNS caching, it can take a couple of hours after activation before it's visible again. If you give me your domain I can verify it is infact verified.

About an hour ago I went to my site and it loaded fine. Then I go back to look at some automatic content and I get the same activation error again.

I'm also getting ad pop-ups.

The 99k server is down. Is this related, or is this an entirely new problem?

I have a problem opening my database pages, page load error, server not found. this is for mysql files within the file manager. wordpress php. temporary? or did i do something wrong.?
