The premium templates have been offline due to a bug in the API script. Zymic can not bring it back online until the bug is fixed.
The premium template section, I think, is affiliated with Templatemonster. I think zymic earns a small portion of the profit from that site. If you want just visit templatemonster.com directly or wait until zymic's premium portion is back up.
