Seeing as i do not want to brake the agreement i was wondering i just installed memht on my site and i would like to install the chat box add-on it makes sort of a chat room on the site would i be allowed to do that ?

No, no chatrooms. A shoutbox however I believe would be ok though.

Any real-time chat box is not allowed as it generates too many server requests. Shoutboxes/tagboards are usually ok.
