I am haveing trouble recovering the passwords to my hosted sites. When I go to the password recovery page, and enter my current registered email and ID it says that they are invalid. I tried entering the email i had before i changed it but it also said that it was incorrect. I don't beleive that i have changed my ID since registration, but i cant think of what to do to recover or reset my passwords for my hosted sites. could someone please assist me?

Make sure you enter your email that your registered with and your hosting username (i.e. this-bit.vndv.com).
