Help me guys i am stumped. I cant delete certain things in my site like folders and stuff from phpbb3 and i do not know how to completely delete the site please help me out on this. thanks.

Well did you try accessing your site using FTP? You will gain access to the contents on your site via FTP, and it is much easier compared to other methods. Please surf the forum for instructions on how to use FTP and access your site.

I am using my ftp and am using smartftp to access it. I just cannot delete certain files like the cache in phpbb and stuff like that and it gets annoying having things like phpbb001 and so on because there is extra stuff when the website doesnt work. I really just want to delete the site and start from scratch again. I know how to use the ftp also and am pretty skilled with it. Thank you for replying so fast! If an admin or someone reads this can u delete my website for me?

Delete the .htaccess inside the cache folder. Then you should be able to delete the folder.

It is already deleted. It says that the folder is till in use when i try to delete it by ftp and in the actual files manu that zymic provides it just says cant delete. This is weird because the folder is completely empty and just wont go away. Again thanks for replying. This is getting me annoyed.

Try CHMOD and set permisions to 7777 and then try deletein make sure you apply that to all sub folders to then try deletein works for me

I'll try that, it wors sometimes. my website is compltetely php and i have everything deleted now, except the stats folder. That will NOT MOVE!!!. I tried so much to do with and and damn, it dont do shit lol. Thanks for the replies again guys your really helping me out.

Stats folder cant be deleted i think its for the admins 2 keep track of you stuff Like Bandwithed used and shit lol
