The picture you have uploaded has the extension .JPG whereas the html document links to .jpg (lowercase).
Remember that filenames are case sensitive on the web.

The image works fine for me, your HTML source however links to:
CODE
<img src="DSC02189.jpg" width="604" height="542" />
The image is '.JPG' it is case sensitive, so change the above to:
CODE
<img src="DSC02189.JPG" width="604" height="542" />
It should work then.
