Yeah, the guy that posted it has a history here for being a ripper that will not go away.
the background for it is a wallpaper in a pack from devientart.. its accually my current background, I hope you bought the rights.

You haven't seen this template in a PSD version, because I made it and haven't put it out.

The backround is a free wallpaper pattern, which is a manip by the orginal.
And yes, we got permission.
