I can't login to my file manager on uuuq.com. It says that i don't have a hosting account? I am running a phpbb forum and i need to update some files.

Ensure you're using the right login, a Zymic account with hosting is split into two different logins.

The first login:
http://zymic.com/log-in/ - This login is for your zymic.com account NOT your hosting, once logged in, you will be presented with a series of login links, which brings the next login:

The second login:
http://zymic.com/zcp - After clicking login, you will be able to login to your hosting there will be no request for username.

Easy way to tell if you're using the wrong login, if you're trying to access your hosting by entering a username and password for ftp, you're using the wrong login, you only need to enter a password to access your hosting account.

Still no luck with the second login, try resetting your password:
