Hello, about a hour ago my site http://pohozhi.vndv.com/ start appearing warning codes at it's top
Earlier ini_set() was enabled or it's my own problems?

Need to replace all your ini_set's with @ini_set

I am getting this same error on my blog:http://photosemblance.zxq.net
How do you change your ini_set() to @ini_set() and in which file do I do this? Any help you can give this newbie is appreciated!!

You need to change the code in files that shown on your page with Warning.
In your case it's index.php on line 46
