I need to rest password for Web Hosting Account Login
Error message says "Sorry but the username and/or email is incorrect."

What's your domain, what's the url you're using to reset the password?

I am trying to get into the the webhost account

When I click on the login the page that it is linked to does not display.
When I get into there I can give you the rest of the information.

http://www.zymic.com/zcp/ is for your zymic.com account, not your hosting, hosting accounts are contained within and have a separate login and separate password reset.

After reloading the www.zymic.com I was able to get into the Web Hosting Account Login screen

I am trying to log into my web hosting account
I get invalid username password
at (http://www.zxq.net/login.jsp)

I click the reset link
I now type in username & email
at (http://www.zxq.net/password.jsp)

I get the following message "Sorry but the username and/or email is incorrect."
at (http://www.zxq.net/password.jsp"
