please provide me help for connecting my remote mysql db with my local program/software
i am creating a program which connect my zymic website account db and read/write data
but i am not able to complete that task .. because i am not able to connect with my remote zymic mysql db
im using this connection string in my program
var connStr = "Driver={MySQL ODBC 3.51 Driver};Server=jasbir.vndv.com;Database=jasbir_abc;UID=****;PWD=*****";
is this connection string compatible with zymic mysql db if not then please reply me with working connectin string for my software
i also installed ODBC 3.51
im using vista ultimate and firefox
and also tel me
what is my Server ip and name(link)
