Hi, I have just created an account with your hosting service and I was wondering if there was a quick way of transferring one of my websites from one host to yours.
I am using Microsoft expression web software and the ftp remote website properties is giving me

1) the remote website location = "ftp://" which I take to be, "irishveteransmemorialproject.clanteam.com" &
2)"FTP Directory" which I take to be irishveteransmemorialproject_clanteam.

Any time I try to log in through the ftp it just keeps bringing back the login box.

Am I going about it all wrong?

Is there a way to just transfer the website from one host to another?

You need to download the files from your other hosting and upload them to this one via FTP, details for FTP are included in the email sent after registration.

Thanks man, uploaded all files and have changed NS nameservers to clanteam, so hopefully site should be up & running normally in a day or 2. Is there anything else I should be doing or is that it?

Cheers for the help

Hey, I have been waiting for my site http://www.irishveteransmemorialproject.com to be changed over from the Atspace host to your Clanteam host.
I have changed the NS nameservers to NS1.clanteam.com and NS2.clanteam.com. For some reason the website is still running of the Atspace server.

Who should I be contacting?

Thanks

Have you added it in your ZCP?

yeah, its under www.irishveteransmemorialproject.clanteam.com

I figured once I uploaded all the files and changed the NS nameservers that it would revert back to http://www.irishveteransmemorialproject.com.

Site seems to be still running of Atspace host though.

You've still got two of ATSPACE's nameservers, you need to remove those, otherwise it will try to resolve using those as well as Zymic's which is a conflict.

CODE
   Domain servers in listed order:
      NS1.CLANTEAM.COM
      NS2.CLANTEAM.COM
      NS1.ATSPACE.COM
      NS2.ATSPACE.COM

That's great thanks, have removed the Atspace NS, just have to wait and see now.

Hey, my site seems to have disappeared.....
http://www.irishveteransmemorialproject.com.

It is up on http://www.irishveteransmemorialproject.clanteam.com/ but I don't want the (.clanteam.com) part. I thought if I uploaded the files and changed the nameservers it would just revert back to
http://www.irishveteransmemorialproject.com since that is the domain I paid for. What else do I have to do?

You need to apply it in your control panel http://clanteam.com/domain_manager.jsp
